Compass Maritime has acted on behalf of various creditors and their attorneys in conjunction with auction sales with the U.S. Marshals Services.
We work as the marketing team (i.e. bring the buyers to the auctions) with National Maritime Services* which is a one stop company for banks and financial institutions - they perform the seizure, recovery, arrest, and then act as the custodian for the ships after the arrest, take care of crew, fuel, etc.
